How hot can you handle it?
They are bikers.
They are rough, rugged, and raunchy.
The men of the Deathstalker MC Club are also loyal to the core. They stand by their club without question or fear, and when it comes to their women, there's no holding them back.
They love fiercely and ferociously.
These men play for keeps, getting what they want when they want it.
No excuses.
No exceptions.
No turning back.
So hop on and take a ride on the wild side--if you dare.
Deathstalkers MC Box Set Books 13 edition by Alexis Noelle Romance eBooks
Thank goodness I got this trilogy for free. The writing was ok but nothing outstanding. My biggest pet peeve is the lack of contractions in dialogue. Real people speak in short cuts! Each of them also had jarring editing mistakes. The most common were missing words and missing periods at the end of dialogue. Example: "This book needs work" when it should be "This book needs work." I have a few specific comments about each book below.Corrupted - Book #1
Jordan aka Whip and Lucy
Lucy is a month away from her 15th birthday when she meets Jordan and he saves her from the violent and misogynistic cult her ultra religious family belongs to. My biggest issue with this story was the plot point that if the MC President hadn't told Jordan hands off until she's legal, he would have started a relationship with her! This was SO poorly done. NOT hero material AT ALL in my opinion. The author should have painted a comparison between the cult that marries child brides to the real world in which good men don't see teenagers in a sexual adult way. His attraction to her should have grown over a period of time AFTER she was mature enough to handle it. This was just such a turn off. He was basically counting down until her 18th birthday. Eww!
Compounding that awful plot point were the horrifically descriptive events when Lucy is kidnapped by her insane family. I'm not afraid of some dark themes, but again, it was poorly done and came off as just gross. Lucy's magic recovery one random day was unbelievable and so was her lack of compassion toward her sister. Of all people, Lucy should understand the brainwashing effect of growing up in a cult and the strength of self-preservation, which is what prompted her to run away in the first place and manifested a little differently in her sister. I just couldn't reconcile that with her character up until that point in the story.
However, I was interested enough by the secondary characters that I decided to read the next 2 stories.
Heinous - Book #2
Twisted and Nikki
I liked by Twisted's character in Corrupted and eager to read his story. I was hoping he and Tracie would get together. When Nikki was introduced, she came off as so bossy and brusque that I couldn't even begin to connect with her character. I did not finish.
Chaos - Book #3
Torch and Tracie
Well, this one was aptly named. It was all over the place. I liked Tracie's character in Corrupted and wanted her HEA. She was so wishy washy and played Torch off against another random love interest. For his part, Torch's so-called "patience" with Tracie's "mistakes" ventured into doormat territory.
SPOILER ALERT
Again, another horrible choice for the plot: the explosion that killed the MC president and Twisted and Nikki's daughter plus a couple throwaway Prospects just to increase the number of casualties and emphasize the seriousness of this Important Event. This was where the series completely lost me. First, I saw the villain's identity coming a mile a way. Secondly, this was another instance of the characters falling flat: up to that point, the MC President was on it. He was proactive, not reactive, and he should have been investigating prior to the explosion. The main characters spent next to no time considering motive for the attacks, which was also out of character for people whose jobs require security. Finally, I was glad I hadn't connected with Twisted and Nikki so I wasn't as devastated by their daughter's death, but the aftermath was glossed over and practically forgotten. Twisted doesn't seem very effected and Nikki has one crying scene which her friends rally around her for and then a year later she's magically heart-whole and pregnant again. Um...I don't think so.
All in all, this author needs a beta reader and editor. Her dark themes aren't bad in theory but the execution needs major polishing. Maybe in a few more years I'll try her again but for now I won't waste my time.

Deathstalkers MC Box Set Books 13 edition by Alexis Noelle Romance eBooks Reviews
I enjoy MC romances since it's in my blood. I'm glad these stories have strong women that can stand BESIDE a strong man...but they do it with a lot of sass and laughter. I would recommend to anyone who likes steamy romance.
I enjoyed the love and protectiveness these men show their women.
Probably my favorite author to date. Will definitely read more of her books. Thank you for the amazing reads!
Loved all 3 books. Strong heroes and heroines and great story lines!!! Will be sure to continue this series and to follow this author.
Wow! These three stories was awesome. Lots of drama and amazing love stories. Can't wait to read more of this series.
Alexis Noelle is new to me. But she is fast becoming one of my favorite writers! From the first paragraph to the last she drew me in, making me crave more!!
I loved getting to know the Club in these 3 books. I cried & laughed at some of the funny parts.. But the hard parts was very hard to read. I loved the Guys going all out for their ol'
Ladies. Can't wait to see what happens next in the story. I recommend all of the books in the series.
